I know i posted about this already but i'm really getting worried about my parts.... i spent alot of money over 1000 bucks and still do not have all my parts.it's been well over a month

and now there apparently telling people that they are no longer making the flip kits ( the parts i'm missing. plus notch and front coils) so i called and they told me that the kits are not discontinued just on back order.... i'm really thinking i'm getting taken for a ride.


anyone close to the company or know ppl there? i would really like a stright and truthful answer to where my parts are and if i'll ever get them

Sounds like they haven't changed much since I had problems with them back in 2001. Did you pay with credit card? What happened with me was I made an order, many weeks went by then I got the run around. When I finally got an answer it turned out that the parts were on back order, and they forgot to call me. I did eventually get a refund but I think I had to do it through my credit card company. It's been so long. Hope they take care of you man.

No i payed with international money order... worst part is i have gotten my spindals (damaged but got them) and shocks just waitng on my notch,flip and coils.... all they keep telling em is it's on back order. and i don't knwo how to go about getting a refund..... they seem very short and don't wish to discus the issue.

So i just got mad and called western chassis my self and the C 30 rear flip is not on back order it's in stock and ready to ship.

Don't they just drop ship everything? Was gonna order one for a friend,
now I think I'll wait and see how your transaction goes.

They did us the same way. Took about 4 months to get all the correct parts.

google and call western directly and ask them to give you the name of a Trusted vendor. becuase sport truck is redic. i'm beyond pissed

Wow that is messed up I got my spindles and flip kit within 10 days of placing my order. I have always had good luck with them but may be thinking twice about sticking my rep on the line recommending them.
