well i figured id post a few pictures of some trucks ive done or am doing work on. this isnt all. just my fav so far. i have build up pics of the dually and red dime on my myspace to. but on to pictures!
this is my boys dually. hes severed to from abq. its a 93 crew cab. came to me a HACK. we stock floord it just scabed a 2x4x.250 rail under the cab and .250 x member and tranny member. reworked the engine cradel, plated it and built motor mounts for a early 04 duramax. it has a 4x4 tranny but we couldnt find a 2wd anywhere but brand new or built. so we just kept it. complete 04 harness. 05 gmc front end. parallel 4 link out of 1.5x.250 dom, watts out of the same and 1/4 plate. devious control arms narrowed to tuck the lugs. (i have a jig for them now!) back tube is all 1.5x.250 dom and 1/4 plate. frame is fully boxed. shortbed stock tank and fuel cooler. back of frame z'd to keep the bumper and have a hitch behinde the plate. it has goodyear 2b12 406 bags in the rear and slma re8's in the front. will have 4 az obd 2's. 8 smc 1/2 valves all 1/2 copper line. i still have to add the upper body line in the front fenders, graft a 01 hd hood to the 05 gmc hood, rework the intake and get the interior in. and get the bed roughed together. it has 6 chrome wheel 22.5's with 265/35 nitto 420s's and twat adapters. the whole frame has been speedlined. on to the pictures of it.

2001 s10. getting a frame from the firewall back, built 350, complete sheetmetal interior as well as smooth and painted floor, old school dash, bomber seats and billet column and wheel. frame is 2x3x.250 and 4 link is 1.5x.250 dom. control arms are silverstars. im building new ones even if i lose money, i wouldnt trust these arms on anything i put out of my shop. slam re8's in the rear and will have fox resi shocks. front is slam re7's and monroe shocks. 2 az obd2's and 8 1/2 smc valves. 2 5 gallon tanks under the back of the cab and all copper line. itll have raised stepside bed sides and no floor at all. wheels are martin bros shark tooth i think. 22's with 255/30/22 tires. heres how it sits now.

this was by far my fav build so far. i sold it and i kick myselfe every damn day for it. 2003 for ranger channeld on 22's with 255/30/22 tires. z'd front end and z'd behinde the cab to keep stock bed mounting points. moded djm arms. custom motor mounts to keep motor under the hood with the z and body drop. its a standard as well. slam re7's all around. 3 link in the rear. djm shocks in the back and none in the front. couldnt get enough stroke.

On your dually what is the width of the rear inside wheels? Just wondering if you narrowed the frame to run your links on the outside of the frame rails. But in all nice work.

Been wanting to see a 88-98 bodystyle w/ a Duramax in it. Motor and trans looks huge in that truck. I'd love one in mine...but not bodied. Just layed out on frame.

on that dually we didnt narrow the rear end. decided to stretch the fenders since we have to raise them anyways. thanks for the good words man.

if you just had a dmax in laying frame i think a cowl hood would still be necessary because on this one i am running a hd hood raised another 2 inchs and a custom intake elbow. and thats gaining another 2.5 inchs with the new front end. thats really the only reason we went with a new front. with it bodyd it was outta the hood with the stock front end at least 5.5 inchs to the top of the intake elbow. just because the ouil pan cant hang below the frame now and i have it raised 1 inch so it doesnt get jacked up as well as the trany pan. i think itll be a first with a d-max in a bodyd 93 with a 05 frontend.

there devious arms. narrowed to tuck lugs on the semis and still have dually spindles. there like 3/16th dom, so we will see if they ben under the weight of the dmax. i hope not....
