I found a set of projector head lights, clear corners, and clear blinkers for my truck for $83 shipped to my door. I have never seen a set up close. What do yall think about them? And do yall think this is a good deal?

I had a set on my truck and really could not see good at night . I tried setting them and could not get them to shine out far enough.

I've never seen a set of aftermarket projectors that was worth a damn. I had a set one time. I might as well have been driving with a couple of dinner candles. I upgraded to brighter bulbs and modified the reflector inside them. Nothing helped.

If you're looking on eBay, I've seen some sets of "projectors" selling around that price that weren't even actually projectors, but just had a round lens mounted above the lowbeam bulbs.

Honest to God, the best money you can spend on aftermarket headlights for the GMT-400 trucks are the TYC Elegante lights. You'll pay more for them, but of all of the aftermarket headlights I've used on these trucks (and I've a lot over the years) they are the ONLY set that I have been 100% happy with.

Wow...I didn't even notice the date. It wasn't that far down the page.

Oh well. Fresh info for anyone who may be looking.
