Check magazines, there are companies that sell one off units, not sure if they are modified or completely new, but if you look in the back of truckin or anything else of that nature you should find info. I was thinking about the same roof, with white vinal over the top for my 58 chevy

I've had the Rag Tops on two vehicles & I didn't have a problem with the leaking, handle breaking or any noise problems but one of the plastic slides that run in the track to slide the rag back & forth broke on both of them, I really enjoyed them in both vehicles but hated the thought of having to carefully open & close my RagTop on vehicles that were so nice & with so much money invested in them, I got to the point I just quit opening it, Thinking I just screwed up the first one somehow I had another one installed on the second vehicle & within 2-3 months same problem.... These tops cost too much to have to rig them up to use them; I'd pass...

The only time I liked mine was on a beautiful day. I could roll down all the windows, take the back window out and open the roof. Other than that, I didn't like it at all. It leaked when it rained and the wind noise was all the time. Mine also started to fray on the front and sides from the wind also. I would not have another one unless there is a way to get a glass one in there.
The statistic on sanity is that One in every four is insane, Think of your three best friends if they're ok then its you.

the handle broke off mine and it was very noisy... no water from the side, or you will have wet ass next time you sit in your truck..
