my passenger side wheel bearing went bad on me on the way home!! Now the problem is its seized on there. What are some ways i can get that off without tearing my spindle up

take it to a machine shop tell them the prob. befor you destroy a HUB!!!!! then go get your parts at oreilly using my discount :lol:

oooppps didnt read the botom part but you can always tow to a machine shop i tow bill and labor is alot less than spindals and a hub!!!!

heat up the bearing and keep the heat away from spindle use a 3 jaw puller at the same time keep pressure on it that should work or a slide hamer instead of the puller

cut the bearing if you can get to it, the bearing race is made of hardened steel and it just got really hot when it seized up so now it will be somewhat brittle, if you can make a cut with a cut off wheel or air saw the you can split the bearing with a hammer and chisel you dont have to cut all the way thru just get close then put the chisel in the groove you cut and give it a good lick or two with your favorite hammer. if you cant get to it heat and a puller are your only options
mines got more miles than the space shuttle
