Ok I know the moog balljoints supposedly have more travel than factory, but what if they don't?
The factory and the moog side by side on the counter seem to have the same travel. And my factory upper bind.

Upper arms are tubular not stamped, not sure how they're made, was told they're cast but not sure. I should have mentioned they're on a 92.

I was actually getting ready to heat mine till I paid attention to how much extra material is on that balljoint. A lil selective grinding with a small deburring tool did the trick. Pumped a crapload of grease through em when done to make sure I had no shavings.
