Just like a pattern change to 10 lug, short of using bolt-on adapters I don't see any lug pattern changes happening. All the less-than-8 lug stuff is much lighter duty so there's no simple parts swap-out with what you have already.

Also, going down in lugs, you're only going to see wheels that were never made with a full floater rear end's huge hub in mind so they're not going to fit on the center bore.

Please be sure to check out my truck shop projects and remember: if I made it look easy,
it's only because you weren't here to see me kicking parts, cussing, and throwing tools.

i wouldnt use adapters, new 6 lug axle, and 6 lug front hub stuff.

anyone have pics of a 6 lug dually?

ive never done anything with my dually i havent done with my 1/2 tahoe, so weight limit isnt an issue

are you going for the "phantom" dually look? or a toy "DUBS" type looking dually ? (non dually front wheels , and a super wide lip single back wheel)

how are you going to get the rear wheels to fit under the hips? a 6 lug rear wont be as wide as a dually rear end. you would have to run some kind of adapter to push the wheel back out.
