22.5 semi bud style

i got 6 22.5 alcoas for free from work but they are bud mount wheels ,is their an adaptor to mount this style,they have the 2 piece lugs,i work for mack and getting lugs are no problem

We don't make the budd/stud pilot wheel adapters, just for the reason of having 2 piece lugs and the wheels are getting outdated.

There are some companies that will custom make these adapters but I don't know who actually makes them.

CAN THE HOLES FOR THE STUDS BE RESIZED

Not really. Budd/stud piloted wheels have bigger studs and a bigger hub bore, compared to the uni mount/hub piloted wheels.

Dima Wheels (cwdima.com) made some bud adapters for my '05 F-350. They center the wheel @ the hub and use hub pilot style studs/lugs.
