Are you guys that have hidden hitches behind the roll pan using anything to extend the receiver out so that it doesn't hit the roll pan?
I use a weight equalizer receiver with sway control & was wandering when I put the hitch & roll pan on my truck if I would still be able to use it ?
Are you making an extender or buying one if you use it?

Nope, my weight dist. hitch works just fine. I do have to pull my license plate though as it tongue will hit it on a corner. I use a flip up plate bracket, but it still is close I don't want to mess up a custom plate.

I haven't had any trouble either but mine is just on a 2500LD and without a W/D hitch. I have my plate bracket setup to fold the plate down, though. For my setup it seems less likely for the thing to get smacked. Also means I pretty much never have to get down on the ground to do anything with the hitch, I can see/reach all of it with no problem.

Please be sure to check out my truck shop projects and remember: if I made it look easy,
it's only because you weren't here to see me kicking parts, cussing, and throwing tools.
