Sappnin. I just got a 01 bagged and bodied dually. I have some front end issues!! The death wobble is horrible unless I am right on the sweet spot. Problem is the sweet spot is kinda low. Turning radius is non existant!! Post some pics of yours. I want to to see what shock placements work and what doesnt. I will post pics as soon as I figure all that out. Thanks for the help.

^^ hahahahaha. I know. I love truck porn too. I have pics on my phone but dont know how to post them.Somebody shoot me a cell # and I will send them to you. I have been fliping thru my 700 plus lbs of magazines and most setups have the shocks behind the wheel. Mine are toward the front. I am just trying to find out what works best. What kinda shocks are everyone running?

if you have shocks or not, you shouldnt have death wobble.

i have no front shocks, drive either 10 inches up or 1 inch off the ground and no wobble.

get your front end checked, and an alignment.

Oh I know I have other problems. I get it. I just want see some set ups so when I get all my problems solved I can redo the shock mounts ,set it down off the jackstands and be BUTTER. It is cold here and I am trying to get this frontend straightened out before the snow comes.

if your front end pieces are in good working condition, it should be parkay, there is really nothing to see on front end set ups. unless you mean shock mounting, and that is pretty much where ever a shock can fit without rubbing the wheel.

Yeah the wheels rub on mine right about the same time the upper arms rub the inside of the wheel. I have lots of problems. Luckily the truck has a ass of work already done to it so its just a matter of picking a place to start.

22s 265 35s. stock control arms. There are heim joints on the tierods. i have to figure out how to do the picture thing. They are on my phone. I could probably figure out how to post them from the computer but just have to get them on the computer.I can send them to your cell. I went to midas today. They want 60 bucks to check the frontend. I am gonna check it myself sometime this weekend.
