Suppose I were to come up on a 2wd squarebody 3/4 ton Suburban and I wanted lower it. I heard that a 1 ton spindle will work on a 3/4 ton truck. Anyone know if that's true? What about springs (No bags. 'Member, I'm a static kinda guy)?

Also, I forgot the name of the company that does dually conversions? Isn't it Arrow or something like that?

Kinda kicking the idea around of doing something like this...

I'll have to get a pic of my bagged burb up soon. I think it depends on the actual truck some of the 3/4 ton had different spindles I think it depended on the load rating. A flip kit in the back w/a small notch should take care of the back.

ball joints are the same
dually spindles and single wheel spindles are differant
as far as your rearend I don't know if the subs springs are in the same place as a 3/4t truck because a 3/4t and a1t truck the rear end can be swaped but a 1/2t and a 3/4t are not a bolt in interchange

if you want call me and I can explane it further

I'm just kinda kicking it around right now. I gotta buy Pigs truck first.

I think it might be cool to have a slammed dually sub.

I always thought about it when I had mine but I never thought the ones I seen looked quite right. I don't think they are long enough to pull off the fenders. But what the hell do I know.
