bed and Conversion

So I'm getting my 88 GMC in Oct and I really like the way the 2006ish dodge mega cab beds.... an am thinking since the Trucks already a flat bed and I am gonna convert it back to a Bed...why not use one.... whats everyone's thoughts on it???

keep it all gm, besides, im pretty sure the dodge bed is wider than your truck.

if you just like the way the fenders are, im pretty sure those beds are all metal now.

You could probably cut the bed sides off and graph them onto a regular 88-98 gm bed.

Is this an '88 square body or "shitbox" (88-2000)?
The first gen. Cummins duallys have fenders similar to the mega cabs.

I realize that there will be alot of work involved in the swap ie. frame work and such, but I think i'd look sweet when done right... an thats the plan with this truck... do it RIGHT the first time
