You might be able to use the light wiring, but I doubt you'll be able to use the fuel pump wiring. The 95s had the TBI motors and your 98 has the Vortec multi-port fuel injection.

You can't use hardly ANY of it. :(

What Lowboy said is right as far as TBI vs. Vortec, but more to the point, '95 is a total oddball one-year-only for so many things and that includes the harness. It's got the electrical convenience center under the hood like a '96-up Vortec truck, but has the PCM behind the glovebox like a TBI, then there were a few other changes including even the connector style on the headlight/front light harness - if I recall '95-'96 are the same on that one, '97-up use a different connector. It's kinda ridiculous.

Your best bet for a harness that will work for your '98 is a '97 through '99 or possibly '00 carryover OBS model with the same engine and transmission. I'd offer up the harness out of my '98 crew 7.4/auto but it's still busy being my yard wrecker for the moment.

Nope, only ones I've got are regular cabs, so you'd be splicing the crap out of them to make it long enough for your crew. :(
