Would this bolt up to my 454, I know I need the computer to make it work.

its a 4L60E there offering its the weaker one of the two i believe its even weaker then the 700 to get it to work on a non electronic truck or car there are controll units available at compushift at a realy high price i say they are however infinatily tunable you can make it shift softer harder faster at certain rpms and you can get a add on aftermarket paddlesystem so you can shift while keeping youre hands on the wheel like on the lamborgini (believe they called it the trifter ) http://www.transmissioncenter.net/4l80e.htm has the compushift on there website .
they also have a kit to turn the 80 E into a manual box , you need to get rid of the locking converter but its a lot cheaper to build

to sum it all up the 60le is a pile of shit oh and it will bolt up to your 454 but you'll be cleaning it up off the driveway :lol:
