ok its been done before and kinda old but ever since i was a little boy in diapers i wanted a 4 door dually with new(19's) that the hood tilted forward but i noticed that the kits you can buy say that will not work with big block!!! damit why not and how can i make my dreams come true???

custom = cut some, alter a kit, i dont see y it would matter if it a big block or not a 3500 is a 3500 regardless of engine size i would think

Just make your own with some factory hinges and gas shocks. Thats how mine was on my Honda. I dont see what the motor has to do with the tilt hood anyways.

yea I dont see why the kit won't work... maybe because of the smaller room in the engine bay with the 454 BBC... umm lemme check the other forum I'm on, there was a pretty detailed post on the best way to do a tilting hood...

holy shit broke the axle right off... that truck looks alot the dually I just got... minus the green flames...

Hey Lock i'm going to be needing some 22's soon... any idea how long to get together/ship a full package?? also.. should I call your # this week??
