What’s the procedure for swapping a T.B.I. 454 into a T.B.I. 350 truck?

Is it pretty much "plug and play", or do I need to swap ECM’s as well? I want to swap a 454 into the Sub, but I’m looking for a heads up on the particulars.

Richard...Pig...anyone else with T.B.I. savvy...

Yo...yeah you'll probably need to change the ECM, at least the chip. A lot of ECM's cover several different engines but the chip will need to be changed. Engine harness may have some differences too. Been forever since I messed with a TBI big block, see so few of them for some reason.
