Mines been leaking in my garage for about 4 months, through it on craigslist nothing. Then I throw it in my scrap trailer and I get an email on it. He wants to know the model though and I can't remember.

Muncie SM 465 is the common granny 4 used in those trucks. And yeah it's a crazy heavy cast iron bastard. Does it have twin PTO access covers, one on each side?

BTW these tend to go for $150 to $200 so don't just give it away. The guy that bought a spare one from me gave $150 even though it had a lot of water in the gear oil, the gears looked good and the oil/water hadn't been all sloshed up like it was driven like that - just had gotten in from the trans sitting loose outside. He was happy to have it.

No question it is a Muncie SM465, the 3901131 casting number is listed on the Novak Adapters link I posted earlier.

Hope none of those mosquitos got cooties from you..
