i put my bed back on my truck today. drove 30 miles and it died. i found some pinched wires under the bed. now even at the dual tank switch there is no power and i have no clue if there is a fuse or relay some where. i have looked all over for one. truck wont start there is no power to fuel pump, and i pulled the dual tank switch only to find the plastic melted there. some one please help i have only 1 day to fix it.

the switches are notorious for going bad

oh and there's two types of switches on that switches the tanks and turns the pump on and the one that just switches tanks

ok well there is a short some where so i could drive it temperarely i bypassed the puter wired the pump straight to the ignition.
