1974 Crew Cab Dually 454 Automatic on 22" Townasty's... here's the story of the truck. Found this truck on Mautofied about 2.5 years ago. Flew to Memphis and drove it 550 miles back to VA. Paid $4000 for the truck when I bought it. Once I got home I took the Turbo 400 out and had a new 700R4 and converter installed. So the truck now had overdrive. I ordered a set of 22" Townastys from TNT and installed them and then never really drove the truck at all. Ended up selling the truck to a guy locally. Fast forward about a year.

I ended up buying the truck back... the guy had done some work to it and now I own it again. Bought it to help him out, so I'm looking to sell. The truck is in great shape mechanically, and is solid as a rock for a 74. Door bottoms have had some mud in the past, and the rockers are a little shakey. The truck runs and drives really really good. Here's a list of some features/parts:

- truck comes with a set of EXCELLENT/FLAWLESS blue Suburban Captains chairs installed in the truck
- new grey carpet in box
- 2 power seats from a 1995 Tahoe along with matching rear bench (grey)
- center console from same 1995 Tahoe along with overhead console (not installed)
- New Alpine CD Player
- new tank with new sending unit
- brand new Holley carb
- new starter/flexplate
- new 700R4 transmission
- DJM drop spindles/flip kit (done by previous owner, not me)
- solid back glass (not installed)
- new tailgate (not installed)
- new centercaps and lug covers

Truck is located in Fredericksburg, VA... halfway between DC and Richmond just off 95. Honestly, I wouldn't be scared to get in this truck and drive it most anywhere. It's solid.

Wish I'd known about this one before I bought mine.

Pretty decent deal, good luck with the sale.

That is one hell of a deal. If that truck was in Texas it would already be mine.
