Do yall think $300 for a shaved tailgate is a fair price? Its off a 98 chevy fleet side. It should be interchangable with my dually Right? My tailgate has the running lights, so I figured what better way to get rid of the lights and handle.

thats an average price, your gonna give round 100 bucks for a stock one,then round 50-100 for someone to shave it and do the body work right, then around another case of beer to get someone to paint it...then ya still gotta buy the handle relocating kit and pay for shipping.. so your good. itll look better than lighted tailgates

it would have been cool (if he shaved it) to show you the build up process...but you're right, it doesn't look bad at all from the pics.

who in the hell shaves a tailgate and bodywork for 50 100 bucks damn i wouldn't look at it for that price we charge 350 painted for one
