Wondering if it's possible to remove the headliner in one piece without taking out either the windshield or the back glass? My truck is body dropped too so the door opening is a little bit smaller.

I've done it but I can't remember which door I took it out of, or if I already had the doors off the truck. But I will tell you, without question I pulled the headliner out of an OBS crewcab without damaging it or taking it through either windshield. It WILL come out the door, but you will almost surely need to pull the seats out to do it. And MAYBE, MAYBE remove a door. Wish I could remember. I parted that truck in a mad frenzy because I thought a guy was coming to pick up the cab the next morning...well in the end he did come to get it, just took longer.

Please be sure to check out my truck shop projects and remember: if I made it look easy,
it's only because you weren't here to see me kicking parts, cussing, and throwing tools.

Lay your front 2 seats all the way back and down. You can pull it out the driver side between the steering wheel and the seat bottom. It takes some work and magic but it will come out unharmed.
